Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free trial before you pay

Every new CoachPulse account includes a 30-day free trial of the Growth features. No payment is taken during the trial, and you can leave at any time before it ends without being charged.

2. Subscription terms

Paid plans (Core and Growth) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through Paddle, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Applicable taxes are calculated and collected by Paddle.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

3. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in your CoachPulse account, or by contacting us through the Support page.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Your account keeps paid access until the end of the period you already paid for, then moves to the free tier. Your data is not deleted by cancelling.

4. 30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a paid CoachPulse subscription, you can request a full refund of your first payment within 30 days of that charge. No justification is required.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle, usually within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Refunds after the first 30 days

Renewal payments made after the initial 30-day window are generally non-refundable, because you can cancel at any time to avoid the next charge.

We still review exceptions case by case in good faith - for example duplicate charges, billing errors, or an extended service outage. Contact us and we will make it right.

6. How to request a refund

Open the Billing page and use 'Cancel subscription or request a refund', or write to us via the Support page with your account email and, if you have it, the transaction ID.

We aim to respond within 1-2 business days and to process approved refunds immediately after review.

7. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of residence, including any statutory right of withdrawal.
